Good service vidhi madam was polite n helpful Feel homely with tour managers geeta madam and manprit are knowledgeable, SOHO hotel is not advisable for stay. No locking systems for bathrooms doors to all the rooms Food preparation was good n tasty but chapatti n paratha were not fried properly we got fried chapatti in chirstchurch only try to correct the things

Our recent 14 day tour to Newzealand was a truly memorable experience! The food arrangement were excellent with a wide variety of cuisines. All the hotels were well located, specious and good. Too gud , each and every things include tour guide Geeta and mandeep, and food is also delicious cooking maharaj Shankar and ramesh r also very well prepared nice food
Overall good NZ tour considering food, transport - hotels ok. Management lacks professional approach. Tour guide in North was very silent and didn't care to inform much. In South, Mandeep did much better. Queenstown restaurant where 4 days were spent, lacked space and was too crowded. Actual day wise program followed was quite different from what was informed and the managent didn't seem to care to inform from time to time and see it as necessary. Tour to Milford next day upon landing in Queenstown was too taxing - 2 long days back to back.
